Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of comprehensive construction document sets across all project phases

• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal staff

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Participate in design development while maintaining a strong focus on technical execution

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification

• Proven experience producing and managing detailed construction documentation

• Advanced proficiency in Archicad

• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methodologies

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable and confident communicating in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Assist in the development of drawings and documentation across design and construction phases

• Support the preparation of presentation materials, diagrams, and models

• Contribute to construction document sets under the guidance of senior team members

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an Architecture program

• Basic knowledge of Archicad (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Strong graphic and communication skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)
